Seamless Onboarding Process

At iAssist, we believe that a successful partnership starts with a thorough understanding of your business needs. Our onboarding process is designed to gather essential information that will help us create a tailored plan to achieve real results for your business.

Step one

Expression of Interest Form

To begin the process, you’ll need to complete our Expression of Interest form. This form helps us understand your business and its unique requirements. Once submitted, our team will review the information and get in touch with you.

Step Two

Initial Contact

After receiving your Expression of Interest form, a member of our team will contact you to arrange an introductory meeting. This meeting can be held in person at one of our iAssist stores or virtually via Microsoft Teams, depending on your preference.

Step Three

Introductory Meeting

During our introductory meeting, we’ll have a friendly and open discussion about your business goals, challenges, and expectations. This conversation helps us gather the detailed information we need to start creating a customized plan tailored to your needs. While we hope to find that we’re a perfect fit for each other, it’s also possible that we may not be. Either way, we’ll ensure you have the best guidance moving forward.

Step Four

Tailored Plan Development

Based on the information gathered during the onboarding process, our team will develop a tailored plan designed to address your specific needs and drive real results. We’ll work closely with you to ensure the plan aligns with your business goals. As part of this process, we will also provide detailed costings for the required services.
